This role is Frankfurt or Lisbon based

What you’ll own

Work side-by-side with the founder on high-impact growth projects; from country launches to partner deals and full-funnel DTC execution. This is a high-exposure role for someone who wants to learn fast, build real products/processes, and fast-track to leadership.

  • Support the founding team on strategic projects across international expansion, B2B development and market validation.
  • Shadow and execute country launch plans (Germany, Austria, and next EU markets): logistics, local partners, and go-to-market checklists.
  • Own discrete workstreams end-to-end: partnership outreach, B2B proposal creation, and category validation experiments.
  • Build and optimise our GTM playbooks: campaign calendars, pricing tests, margin models and growth experiments.
  • Run internal growth projects: portfolio gap analyses, UX audits, email funnel setup and Shopify improvements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution with product, ops, performance marketing and CX to hit shared goals.
  • Produce market analyses, business cases and investor-grade slide decks to support strategic decisions.

KPIs you’ll own

  • Partnership pipeline velocity & conversion: number of qualified leads signed pilots per quarter.
  • Market readiness milestones: webshop live, localized content, ops flows & media plan; on-time launch against the roll-out roadmap.
  • Commercial performance: weekly portfolio P&L, revenue vs. margin targets (AOV, contribution %).
  • Internal delivery: rollout of tools, automations and insights that reduce manual work and increase conversion/efficiency.

Who you are

  • 2–4 years experience in consulting, and have delivered end-to-end projects in consulting, high-growth startups, or similar—and can show tangible outcomes (launches, revenue growth, or strategic deals).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: you thrive in fast, founder-led environments and prefer shipping over perfecting.
  • A natural builder: you scope, design and ship projects independently rather than waiting for instructions.
  • Comfortable owning projects from research to execution and translating analysis into action.
  • Strong communicator — fluent English required; German a strong plus.
  • Deep curiosity for e-commerce, digital products and brand building.
  • Problem-solver: you challenge the status quo and have a “get-it-done” attitude.

Nice to haves

  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Ads or Meta Ads.
  • Prior internships/working-student roles in startups, D2C/e-commerce, consulting or consumer goods.
  • Basic Business analytics skills (Excel/Sheets, simple SQL or dashboarding experience).
